Always rinse the water bottle before use and cap it with cold water. After use, always rinse in warm water and rinse with soap. Do not use brushes or scrubbing to scrub. Dry thoroughly before storing and always store with cap. Hand wash or use a dishwasher on a cool wash.

- Please do not remove the silicon gaskets in the lid, which makes the leak-proof lid system no longer work.
- Hydration recommendations 1.6 litres (56 ounces) of liquid per day for women, 2 litres of liquid per day for men on top of the water contained in the water you eat.
