Use and wash
Always rinse the water bottle and cap with cold water before use. After use, always rinse in warm water and rinse soap. Do not use brushes or scrubbing to scrub. Dry thoroughly before storing and always store with cap. Hand wash or use a dishwasher on a cool laundry.

- Do not wash a dishwasher on a hot cycle
- Please do not remove the silicon seals in the lid, which makes the leak-proof lid system no longer works.
- Hydration recommendations: 1.6 litres (56 ounces) of liquid per day for women, 2 litres of liquid per day for men on top of the water contained in the water you eat.
